KITs College of Engineering, Kolhapur is proud to host the 2nd edition of Indian International Model United Nations Kolhapur Chapter on 12,13,14 sept. 2015.

MUN is a simulation of United Nations wherein each delegate ( participant) is allotted a committee and a country

The delegate receives the study guides and research material regarding the MUN procedure and the agenda (topic)

The delegate further sees the role of the allotted country in that agenda.

The delegate can express his views, debate & suggest ways to deal with this issue during the committee sessions.

This is then followed by making a working paper and draft resolution that contains all the solutions and suggestions to solve the global issue ( agenda)

The draft resolution is then voted upon & if passed is forwarded to united nations.
